If multiple "extra turn" effects resolve in the same turn, take them in the reverse of the order that the effects resolved. In other words, the most recently created extra turn is taken first.
Time Vault
The choice of whether or not to skip a turn is made as that turn would begin, and only if Time Vault is tapped at that time. If you choose to skip your turn, Time Vault untaps before anything else happens in the next turn.
This wording means that you no longer end up skipping multiple turns if you find a way to activate the ability multiple times.
This printing is one of 3 catalogued treatments from VMA — the lineup includes Foil and Nonfoil alongside the standard finish. Across our catalog the Rarix library tracks every variant in the same family so collectors can compare price, scarcity and demand inside a single lineage.
Card #287 of *Vintage Masters*, the set that shipped alongside the June 2014 Vintage Masters release.

Banned in Legacy and Commander. Restricted in Vintage. This printing is on Wizards of the Coast's Reserved List — Wizards has committed never to reprint cards on that list, which underwrites a structural scarcity floor on every surviving copy.
